Your order will be shipped via PUDO within South Africa and should be delivered within 2-4 business days after you have received shipping confirmation and the tracking details from us. If your chosen products are in stock we aim to ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. For products on backorder, you can contact cat & i to find out the most accurate estimation of when your product will be ready to ship.
Shipping fees are a flat R65 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over R550 (subject to change).
You can also choose to receive your package at your nearest PUDO locker. You will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up. If a package is not collected within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest PUDO Kiosk or Depot.
We want you & your cat to be 100% happy with our products! In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or not as described, please follow the following procedure:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s)
- Include some photographs of the condition in which you received your order
- If you have a valid claim we will arrange a courier to pickup the item(s) in question and send you a replacement product free of charge.
All orders can be cancelled free of charge provided that the order has not been shipped yet. In this scenario we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 days. This process can take a few days depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Returns & Refunds
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost to Cape Town.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you and inspect the condition of the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 15 days to your original method of payment for the full order amount minus shipping fees. This process can take a few days depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
